Klaus Lutter is an experienced operator of vended laundries in New Jersey who knows how to get the most out of his equipment.
After running a bank of five Milnor Tripleloaders for more than 35 years, he also knew how to take advantage of the company’s trade-in rebate program when he replaced his washers with new Milnor equipment.
“Some of our long-time customers have grown up with these machines – now their kids come here,” Lutter said. “Replacing them was an important decision for us and one that we wanted to do carefully.”
Milnor’s rebate program rewards any customer who trades in their Milnor washer with 30 years or more of service for new Milnor replacements with a $300 check for each old machine.
“Milnor laundry equipment has a legendary reputation for durability and this program allows our long-time customers to transition easily to our newer, more-modern units,” according to Gary Gauthier, Milnor’s national sales manager for vended laundries.
Gauthier added that Milnor has processed rebates for nearly 150 vintage machines in the last five years, totaling just under $45,000 in customer cash payments. The oldest unit was traded-in after 45 years of service.
